Gone Madd Fitness, we want you to be confident in every order. If something isn’t right, this Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and, where possible, the original packaging.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale, gift cards, or products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged through normal use. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
How to start a return. Email us at gonemaddfitness@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you’d like help with sizing before ordering, reach out and we’ll gladly advise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Return shipping costs. Unless your return is the result of our error (wrong or defective item), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received an approved refund after the time-frame above, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Order cancellations. Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
