Gone Madd Fitness, we want your gear in your hands as fast as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During new drops, sales, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as we can. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping destinations. We currently ship to [your regions — e.g., the United States and select international destinations]. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we don’t ship there yet. Keep an eye on our updates, as we’re always working to expand.
Shipping methods, times, and costs. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Estimated delivery windows after your order ships:
- Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (if available): typically 2–3 business days
- International shipping: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Orders over $100 ship free (standard shipping). Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees, and begin from the date your order ships — not the date it’s placed.
Order tracking. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven’t received tracking within a couple of business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount — please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at the email below — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Delays, lost, or stolen packages. Once your package leaves us and is in the carrier’s hands, delivery is out of our direct control. We’re not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages that appear genuinely lost or stolen in transit, contact us and we’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
