1. How do your sizes fit?
Our pieces are designed oversized and boxy with a dropped shoulder — that’s the look. If you want the true relaxed fit, take your normal size. If you prefer something more fitted, size down one. Every product page has a size guide with measurements, and if you’re stuck between two, message us and we’ll point you the right way.
2. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across USA. Orders leave our hands within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually lands within 3–7 business days depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $100 ship free. Any duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. If it’s been more than a couple of days and you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder, then hit us up and we’ll chase it down.
5. What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached. Final-sale items and gift cards can’t be returned. Email us your order number to start a return and we’ll send instructions — full details live on our Refund Policy page.
6. How do exchanges work?
The fastest way to swap a size or color is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you want. If you need help nailing your size before reordering, reach out and we’ll help.
7. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post it.
8. My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
That shouldn’t happen, and we’ll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast, so orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Message us right away with your order number and we’ll do our best. Once it’s shipped, it falls under our standard return process.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and [your other options — e.g., Apple Pay / Google Pay / Affirm]. Every transaction runs through a secure, encrypted checkout — we never see or store your full card details.
11. Do items restock, or are drops limited?
Some core pieces restock; a lot of what we make is limited to the drop. When it’s gone, it’s usually gone. Follow us on social and get on our email list so you’re first to know when a new drop lands or a favorite comes back.
12. How do I care for my Gone Madd gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Skip the dryer and don’t iron directly over the print — it’s built to last if you treat it right. Basically: wash it like you respect it.
